摘要: 针对DC04 冷轧板试冲压一款商用车顶盖表面出现橘皮缺陷问题, 对产生冲压橘皮的原因进行了理论分析, 并进行现
场处理和工艺优化。经过对该零部件的生产工艺过程参数进行了调整优化, 消除了板面橘皮现象, 达到用户外观质量验收标准。

platform for airbag components was completed. The accuracy of the static deployment test of airbag components is improved. It can provide accurate
airbag static deployment performance parameters and detection technical support for airbag design and production.

摘要: 变速器作为汽车的核心零部件, 对变速器的研究直接影响到整车的NVH 水平, 在整车开发过程中变速器NVH 性能为
整车性能的一个重要指标。对变速器传递路径的机制进行了分析, 并制定了变速器壳体增加加强筋和优化变速器齿形参数的方案。
经过仿真分析、主观驾评、客观测试均证明车内阶次噪声改善明显, 该方法能够有效解决变速箱啸叫问题。

Analysis and Improvement of Some Transmission High Speed Rattle

transmission tooth profile was formulated. Through simulation analysis, subjective evaluation and objective test, it is proved that the order

轿车后排路噪问题分析与改进

摘要: 为了解决匀速后排路噪超标问题, 对底盘悬架车身接附点振动进行了调查, 测试结果表明后减振器与车身接附点z 向
对应后排路噪峰值频率处振动偏大。为了有针对性地优化减振器阻尼力降低减振器上安装点对车身的振动激励, 自主设计了后减
振器工作速度测试方法。利用测试数据提取得到的减振器速度特性曲线, 优化该工作速率段减振器阻尼力并进行了实车验证。结
果表明: 优化措施改善了该工况路噪水平, 达到了目标要求。

Rear Seat Road Noise Analysis and Improvement of a Sedan

noise at constant speed during a sedan development effort by an independent brand. The result implies that the vibration of “z” direction of
rear absorber attachment to body is more excessive than others. Rear absorber working speed measurement method was invented independently
to improve damping ratio precisely according to the speed. Under the help of this method, the damping ratio was improved and the result was
verified. The results show that the optimization measures improve the rear seat road noise level and meet the target requirements.

十辐Y 字型轮毂铝合金车轮设计及有限元分析

摘要: 设计了一种十辐Y 字型轮毂车轮并运用SolidWorks 建立三维模型, 分析并计算车轮的受力情况作为边界条件, 将模型
简化后导入ANSYS Workbench, 利用CAE 分析技术对轮毂的整体结构、强度等方面进行了研究。经过载荷计算和有限元分析发现
轮辐根部的连接处是最容易出现疲劳的部位, 其次是螺栓孔和中心孔由于在转动过程中经常受预紧力和弯矩也很容易出现疲劳。
在改进轮毂结构时, 可以在螺栓孔之间安置径向加强筋或者增加轮辐的厚度来提高轮毂的疲劳寿命, 经分析验证了该设计方案的
可行性。为后续的进一步优化改进及模态分析、疲劳分析提供参考。

Design of Aluminum Alloy Ten-spoke Y-shaped Wheel and Finite Element Analysis

Workbench, the overall structure and static strength of the wheel and so on were studied by using CAE analysis technology. After load calculation
and finite element analysis, it is found that the joint of the spoke root is the most prone to fatigue, the bolt hole and the center hole are also
prone to fatigue due to the preload and bending moment during the rotation. In the structure, radial stiffeners may be placed between the
bolt holes or the thickness of the spokes may be increased to improve the fatigue life of the hub, the feasibility of the design scheme is verified
by analysis. It provides reference for subsequent further optimization and improvement, modal analysis and fatigue analysis.

摘要: 结合某双离合自动变速器(DCT) 壳体设计时出现的案例, 根据CAE 分析结果对影响因素进行探讨。结果表明, 增加
驻车压板与驻车轴间隙, 能从根源上改变作用力的传递方向, 可有效减小作用在定位销上的作用力。通过有限元分析, 对驻车滥
用工况及驻车30%坡度情况下, 不同驻车轴与驻车压板间隙时变速器壳体上相应的安装孔及定位销孔的应力和应变进行了仿真,
仿真分析表明: 应力和应变控制在合理设计范围内, 提高了变速器设计的可靠性。

Study on Internal Fixing Mechanism of Dual Clutch Transmission

factors were discussed. The results show that increasing the clearance between the parking pressure plate and the parking shaft can essentially
change the direction of the force and effectively reduce the force acting on the detent pin. Through finite element analysis, the stress and
strain of the corresponding mounting hole and locating pin hole on the transmission shell under the condition of parking abuse and parking 30%
slope with different clearance between the parking axle and the parking pressing plate are simulated. The simulation analysis shows that the
stress and strain are controlled within the reasonable design range, which improves the reliability of the transmission design.
